Credit Authorization

(a) AdStride Media LLC, doing business as MoneyAtlas.com (“MoneyAtlas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), may use the information you submit (and other information you provide through the form) to identify and connect you with lenders and other financial providers in our marketplace that may be a match for you;

(b) your information may be shared and/or sold on your behalf to our marketplace partners, which may include lenders, lead buyers, and other financial providers (“Marketplace Partners”), including those listed on our Partner List;

(c) your information may be used to help verify your identity and to evaluate information relevant to your application, such as your existing debts and debt-to-income ratio, to help determine eligibility and match you with potential offers;

(d) one or more Marketplace Partners may obtain consumer reports and related consumer report information about you from one or more consumer reporting agencies (such as TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax) in connection with providing you personalized offers, which may include a soft credit inquiry. MoneyAtlas does not obtain your consumer report information for ongoing monitoring or periodic pulls; and

(e) Marketplace Partners may use your information (and, if obtained, consumer report information) to make prequalification, underwriting, and other credit decisions, and to communicate available offers to you.
